Change of Mind & Sizing

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • personal preference

Please check sizing information carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jacpotatosemail@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos if possible

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
